Text Messaging Policy

This page explains the text messages members and guests may receive from a golf course that uses [Company Name].

Program description

When you place an order and tick "Text me when my order is ready", you agree to receive text messages about that order from the course: typically one message when the order is ready for pickup and, if the course has turned it on, one when it is picked up. Messages are sent from [Twilio number or "a number belonging to the course"].

Up to 2 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also leave the box unticked when you order.

Privacy

Carrier registration

US carriers require business texting to be registered (A2P 10DLC). The platform registers one brand and one campaign ("order status notifications") and each course sends under it. Marketing or promotional texts are not allowed under this campaign.
