How it works
Post one QR code
Print it from your admin page, laminate it, post it at the turn, the range, or on every cart.
Members order in 30 seconds
The menu opens in their phone's browser. Modifiers, notes, and "text me when it's ready".
The kitchen can't miss it
The tablet flashes red and beeps until someone confirms. Ready and picked-up buttons keep the queue honest.
Billing takes care of itself
Every evening a CSV of the day's charges goes to accounting for member statements. Cancelled orders are never billed.
Simple pricing
30-day free trial on every plan. No contract. Annual plans get two months free.
Seasonal course? Pause for $10 a month over the winter and keep everything.
Questions
Do members need an app?
No. The QR code opens a web page. It works on any phone.
How does the member get charged?
They enter their name or member number. Each day you get a spreadsheet of charges to post to member accounts, by email or download.
How do guests pay? What about a public course?
Turn on pay at pickup. The order still goes straight to the kitchen; the ticket says PAY AT WINDOW and the kitchen rings it up on the register you already have. A public course runs entirely this way. In-app card payments with tipping are coming to the Pro plan.
What hardware do we need?
Any tablet with a browser for the kitchen, and a printer for the QR sign. That's it.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes. Type your menu or upload a spreadsheet, print the code, add your staff. Our checklist walks you through it.
What if we already use Lightspeed, foreUP or Club Prophet?
Keep using it for tee times and the pro shop. We run alongside it. POS integration for member charges is on the Pro roadmap.
