Service Agreement

Between [Company Name, LLC] ("Provider") and [Golf Course / Club legal name] ("Customer"), effective [date].

1. Service

Provider will make the on-course ordering service available to Customer at [slug].[base domain] on the [Kitchen / Plus / Pro] plan as described at [pricing URL] and in the Terms of Service, which are incorporated here.

2. Fees

$[amount] per [month / year], billed in advance by card through Stripe. Setup fee: $[0 / 199]. Prices are fixed for 12 months from the effective date. Text messages beyond the plan's monthly allowance are billed at $[0.03] each.

3. Term and cancellation

Month to month (or annual, if selected). Either party may cancel with notice through the admin page or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Customer may pause for $[10] per month during the off-season.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide a tablet with a browser and internet access for the kitchen screen.
• Post charges from the daily billing export to member accounts and handle member disputes.
• Keep staff PINs and passwords confidential and remove staff who leave.
• Use text alerts only as described in the text messaging policy.

5. Provider responsibilities

• Host and maintain the service, with nightly backups kept 30 days.
• Target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding announced maintenance.
• Email support at [support email], first response within one business day.
• Give 30 days' notice of price changes or material changes to the service.

6. Data

Customer owns its menu, order and staff data. Provider processes it only to deliver the service and deletes it [90] days after termination on request or automatically.

7. Liability

Provider's total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
